Digital Education: Quality and Access Lag Behind the Boom

Digital education has seen a remarkable boom in recent years, with the pace of change accelerating at an unprecedented rate. However, despite this growth, the quality and access to education remain significant challenges. In an interview, Harini J., a senior executive in the learning and development (L&D) division of a top financial firm, highlighted the urgent need for reskilling in the BFSI workforce. She noted that about half the workforce will need to reskill in the next few years, but unfortunately, many institutions are still working with outdated learning frameworks.
